Solid gear, shipping could be faster

I purchased a softshell jacket and some waterproof mittens for my daughter. The jacket is really well made and seems to block wind effectively, and the mittens are definitely waterproof, which is a big win. My only minor gripe was the shipping; it took about 8 days to get to me, which felt a bit long. The sizing for the jacket was accurate based on their guide, but the mittens ran a tiny bit large. Overall, I'm happy with the quality of the products, but a quicker delivery option would be nice.

Good value on sale

I was looking for a good quality rain set for my toddler without spending a fortune. I found a great deal on a Reima rain set during their seasonal clearance. It was about 30% off, which made it a lot more affordable than some other brands I looked at. The material feels durable, and it seems like it will hold up well. Overall, I feel like I got good value for the money, especially with the discount.

Reliable as always

This is my third time ordering from Reima, and they've been consistently good. I got a pair of winter boots for my son this time, and just like the Reimatec jackets I've bought before, the quality is top-notch. Shipping took around 5 days to reach Denver, which is standard for them. I keep coming back because their stuff actually lasts, which is important with active kids. It's nice to know what to expect.

Easy to order, good jacket

I needed a new winter jacket for my daughter, and I'd heard good things about Reima. The website was pretty easy to navigate, and I found a kids parka that looked nice. It arrived in about a week, which was fine. The jacket itself is really well made and she says it's super warm. Definitely a good buy, no complaints from me.

Absolutely love this brand!

I just got the Reimatec snowsuit for my little one, and it's incredible! The quality is fantastic, and I know it will keep them warm and dry all winter. Shipping was pretty quick too, it got to me in about 4 days. I'm already planning my next purchase; I want to get some of their merino wool base layers next. I will absolutely shop here again and tell all my friends!

What's the return policy like if something doesn't fit? Is it a hassle to send stuff back?

T Tara M. 3 weeks ago
Returns were pretty straightforward for me. Just filled out the form online and got a label. No issues.

I returned a jacket last month, it was pretty easy. Just make sure it's unworn with tags still on, like most places.

Are Reima snowsuits genuinely good for super cold weather? Like, below zero temps? My kid gets cold easily.

R Renee 1 month ago
Oh yeah, they're built for Finnish winters, so they handle really cold temps. My kid was toasty in ours in like -10F.

They're super warm. We have the Reimatec one and it's fantastic for keeping the cold out. Just layer up underneath.

Does anyone know if Reima's toddler sizing is pretty true to size, or does it run big/small? Trying to figure out what to get for my 2-year-old.

C Cleo 1 month ago
I've found it runs a little big, especially the snowsuits. My son is usually in 3T and his Reima 2T still has room to grow.

Yeah, I'd say they're generally on the roomier side. Good for layering though!

Does Reima ever do free shipping without a minimum order? Or is it always that over $100 thing?

R Rosa 1 month ago
I've only seen free shipping when you hit the minimum. Sometimes they'll have a special promo for it, but it's rare.

Usually, it's tied to the $100 spend. That's the most common way to get free shipping from them.

How do Reima's waterproof jackets compare to, say, Columbia or Patagonia for kids? Worth the extra cost?

J Julia 1 month ago
I've had both Columbia and Reima, and I think Reima's Reimatec is definitely more durable and waterproof, especially for super active kids. It holds up way better.

For serious wet and cold, Reima is a step up from Columbia IMO. Patagonia is good too, but Reima feels more purpose-built for extreme weather.
